My name is Armando M. Alvarez a Licensed Realtor, Luxury Real Estate Expert in Residential & Commercial Real Estate with Prestiege International Realty Group, LLC. I have been providing quality customer service in the sales industry for many years and within different industries with different marketing strategies. I started my career as a door to door salesman, and fell in love with the SALES aspect of it. Later, I moved on into the Check Cashing/Payroll Advance industry as a Professional Salesman. Shortly after producing month record breaking records, I was promoted into a Branch Manager. After managing one location and an amazing increase in revenue, I was promoted once again to an Assistant Area Manager where I was overseeing 3 locations in terms to Sales and Operations. I was excited, wanted more and I knew I had the talent! I then decided to transition my career into the Education Industry in the Recruitment department. In Education I was able to earn a promotion from an Admission Representative to a Director of Admissions, where I was overseeing all operations of recruitment. It was through Education that I realized I was an amazing Sales person. I knew that skies was the limit for me and did not want a cap on my salary, as a result to that, I then decided to transition into what my father and I have been involved with almost all my life, work in Real Estate! My father and I have been working in Real Estate as investors for many years and have been very successful within. At this point I decided that Real Estate is the place for me! Through my mentor in Real Estate, I have been able to expand my experience beyond my expertise and rise to another level. I look forward into working with many and providing the quality customer service I have been thus far through my past and current level of experience.
