Time they may use in developing the other areas of the business plan.
Global Intercultural Services is a home based company that will perform market research for clients developing a business plan. The first contact with the potential client could be over the phone or email. The phone call should be no longer than 15 minute. During the 15 minute conversation the researcher will gather enough information such as (name, phone number and email). The email of the client plays an important role in the client-provider business. Through the customer email a pre-consultation (screening) form will be sent. The same process applies if the first contact were made by email a pre-consultation form will be send.
Once the pre-consultation form is done and sent back to the researcher. Then an interview appointment (can be in person, SKYPE and over the phone) will be scheduled to present a quote and terms of contract. The interview will be 30 minute but no longer than 45 minutes. If the client and the researcher agree on price and term of the contract, both parties will sign the document and client will be mailed a copy. After the research is finalized the information will be presented to the client.
