Brent Waluzak

Brent Waluzak founded Pelorus Engineering after spending the first decade of his career working for several corporations, an engineering firm, and large utility companies. The intent of Pelorus Engineering is to satisfy the need for an energy engineering firm that can build and maintain "trusted partner" status with those in charge of or directly influencing energy budgets. Brent's experience spans from all aspects of project life cycle and includes sitting on both sides of the table working as a sub-contractor, working as an owner's representative, and as working independently as a 3rd party.

At Pelorus Engineering PLLC we focus on three core energy segments:

• Predict Energy Usage for Design New/Renovation Building Energy Modeling - LEED, E-Quest, Trace 700

• Analyze and Reduce Energy Usage Existing Building Energy Audits - ASHRAE Level 1, 2, and 3 (investment grade audits), calibrated bill analysis with energy end use breakouts and project recommendations

• Evaluate and Verify Energy Projects Specialized Project Evaluation/Review - Evaluation of vendor solutions not yet backed by engineering analysis
