Lisa has been a geek for far longer than it's been fashionable to be one. A love of science and technology and a fascination with visual design resulted in a communications career spent mostly at Internet startups. Because of her passions, she feels extremely blessed to now be responsible for guiding marketing efforts at SavvyCard.
Lisa's plans for the company include successfully positioning it in the mobile solutions marketplace as a "best of breed" solution for small and medium sized businesses. She's also passionate about teaching SavvyCard's users how they can establish strong online presences using their SavvyCards, while engaging daily with the people, businesses, products, brands, events, places and other "things" they love most.
“The web's most amazing power is its ability to help people discover new passions, and directly connect them with the stuff they enjoy most. With the proliferation of the mobile web, the opportunities for meaningful engagement are growing exponentially," she notes. "SavvyCard helps make discovery, referrals and transactions fun, friendly and easy. And, SavvyCard customers can actually see how well the system is working for them. I just love it when people visit their Card Analytics page for the first time. It’s refreshing to see their faces light up with surprise and excitement when they realize who's been interacting with their SavvyCard content and how they're using it.”
Previous to SavvyCard, Lisa worked for Internet technology companies in the publishing, internet commerce and streaming media spaces.
Besides science, technology and art, Lisa loves the outdoors, sled dogs, reading, writing, cooking, MMORPGs, Dr. Martens and VWs. When not working, she can be found on her mountain bike or mentally wandering about fantasy worlds on her computer or within one of her many books.
