Owner & Instructor, FIT4MOM Richmond
Certified Stroller Strides®, Stroller Barre®, Fit4Baby® & Body Back® Instructor.
Hi! I'm Natalie, Owner of FIT4MOM Richmond, mom to Charlie (born 2011) and wife to Phil. My first career was as a professional ballet dancer. I danced both here in the States for BalletMet Columbus in Columbus, OH and then in England for Northern Ballet. Having the opportunity to dance professionally and travel the world with a touring company is something I will always consider myself lucky to have experienced. My career was cut short due to an injury, but the silver lining is that I met my husband seeing the same physical therapist! After getting married and having our son, Phil and I decided to make the move back to the USA to start our adventure here in Richmond, VA. As a mother and fitness professional I have a strong passion for everything FIT4MOM stands for! I love bringing moms together in a safe, positive and happy environment and helping them achieve their personal goals while enjoying the company of other moms and bonding with their little ones.
If I’m not teaching a FIT4MOM Richmond class you can find me volunteering at my son's school, doing all things “mom” related, binge watching Netflix with my husband or exploring our beautiful city!
FIT4MOM is the nation’s leading prenatal and postnatal fitness program, providing fitness classes and a network of moms to support every stage of motherhood. From pregnancy, through postpartum and beyond, our fitness and wellness programs help make moms strong in body, mind, and spirit.
