Along with a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology with an emphasis in Family Resource Management from The Ohio State University, Joe Wynn brings over 19 years’ experience in Higher Education Administration during his tenure at colleges such as The Ohio State University, Lawrence University in Appleton WI, University of Northern Colorado, The University of Colorado at Boulder, The University of California – Berkeley, where he held positions such as Housing/ Residence Life Administration, Judicial Affairs, Student Group Advising and Event Planning. At these colleges his main responsibility was to help students succeed by creating living and learning environments where for students to succeed throughout their years of education. Joe believes that students have learned and enhanced their classroom education with life lessons; which include communication, compromise and community development. Joe’s responsibility at the International Academy of Design & Technology, (Academy), is to assist upcoming graduates (students in their last quarter) and Academy Alumni in the Fashion Design & Marketing and Merchandising programs. He also works with local and national employers to market Academy graduates. His 7 year tenure at the Academy in Career Services combined with his previous role as an Admissions Representative has convinced him that Academy’s students are the lifeblood of our college and hold the future of the creative arts and design industry for the Tampa Bay area. For the past 18 years Joe has produced college sponsored fundraiser fashion shows across the country. The skills and lessons he learned from these events are now being passed on to his students. Joe recently completed his Digital Photography, (A.S.) degree and has a goal of someday opening his own Photography Design Studio. Joe feels that art, design and creativity are areas that deserve more attention in the Tampa Bay Area and that the creative leaders in our area are on the verge of making an even greater impact on our city. Joe believes that design impacts us as a society more than people realize, and is aware that everything we interact with on a day to day basis was designed and created by a designer. Joe states that creative design can be defined as a visual and emotional fingerprint of history where no single instance is ever the same but is forever changed. In February of 2010, Joe Wynn started Win Wynn Images, LLC. and began marketing and promoting his company. Wynn has been taking pictures since his early childhood. Wynn has a passion to capture images and display them as art work, as he loves sharing his perspective of beauty. Wynn states, “There are so many ways to view the world and I believe that with my vision I can inspire others to pick up a camera and be just as creative.” Wynn motto is, Be creative, be dynamic and realize your potential. Wynn loves what he does for a living and hopes that it is displayed through his images and passion.
