I was born and raised in Denver Colorado and now reside in Aurora Coloroad. After 20+ years as a consultant in the IT industry I felt nudged to get uncomfortable by leaving my job to start my own business. I have always been handy around the house and enjoyed working with my hands and from the earliest age had a curriosity of how things were put together. Through the years I have owned rentals and fix and flips and have always marvelled at the person who has a broad spectrum of knowledge to inspect all the major systems of a home and consult on the status of those systems. Over the years I have been blessed to build my skills learning from family members and friends how do do all different kinds of improvements. From my earliest days of helping my dad remodel bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchens to my later years of completely finishing basements and fixing and flipping houses, I have gained a ton of experience. As a result, Blackstone Home Inspections was born in 2013 where I am utilzing the consulting skills I have learned in the IT industry to consult with people buying a home.
