Passionate about singing, performing and teaching, Chuck founded Sing Voice Studios in May of 2009. As studio director Chuck has helped hundreds of singers learn to sing and improve their voices.
Chuck's been singing and performing for over 40 years. In high school he performed the role of King Arthur in Camelot and has been hooked on musical theater ever since. He performed three years in the Madrigal group, Benton singers, who toured Europe and produced a record album.
Inspired by his high school music director, he entered college as a music major. Frustrated by the vocal instruction he received, he left the music business until 1996 when he discovered the Seth Riggs Speech Level Singing technique.
Since that time he's studied the technique and performed in dozens of productions in various venues throughout the state of Utah. Favorite roles include, Don Quixote, "La Mancha"; Peron, "Evita"; Capt. Hook, "Peter Pan"; Ben Rumson, "Paint Your Wagon"; Fagin, "Oliver" and Daddy Warbucks, "Annie".
It his past life he was a division manager for Johnson and Johnson and in 1989 founded Promedicus, Inc., a Utah medical products distribution company, from which he retired in 2008.
