Welcome to our site! John here, I'm the serious one but tomfoolery is my middle name. I'm a fun loving dad of 3, Abi, Michael and Lydia. My wife Bonnie and I made our home place not too far from where I grew up in McCutchanville. You can say I am involved in A LOT of committees, activities and volunteer work. I didn't start out knowing I wanted to be a realtor and did the traditional route of college. First at Wabash then transferring to USI, where I received my degree. I worked at St. Mary's for 7 years as a Respiratory Therapist. My passion is to help people, to be involved and make a difference in this life. I play an active role in Scouts Troop 350, Blue Grass Church, Choir, Past President of the local Association of Realtors, and Board member of Community Marriage Builders. I'm proud of my involvement with the Association of Realtors at the local, state and national level, voted Realtor of the Year and as Federal Political Coordinator I travel to Washington D.C. to lobby for home owners rights each year. Along with my sister Bev, I am honored to specialize with buyers and sellers and making your house a home. I am proud to always better myself through a professional coaching company, education, my realtor board participation, and I'm backed by a team with 74 years of combined experience. Hey There! I'm Bev. I live in Haubstadt with my husband Darren and our adorable black lab named Duke. I love Pinterest, Ranger riding, decorating and country music. I've always been obsessed with all things having to do with design and home. I believe you can make a place charming and beautiful with a little bit of thought and creativity and not a lot of money. My start was as a Dental Hygienist graduating from USI and working in the field for 12 years. In 2000 the family business was thriving and I made the decision to join the CZOER Team. I jumped in with both feet and I have never looked back. Along with my brother John, I specialize in working with buyers and sellers, short sales and I hold a Brokers license. My upbeat personality and personal attention to each buyer or seller is what sets me apart from the rest. I strive to be the best and continue to gain education and much experience through 80-100 closed transactions a year, a professional coaching company, active involvement in the Board of Realtors and I'm backed by a team with 74 combined years of experience.
