Lee Cargill

Lee is a lifelong resident of the Longview area, graduating from Longview High School in 1978. He attended Kilgore College and received an Associate of Applied Arts degree in Business. While in college Lee met his wife Donna and enrolled in college at The University of Texas at Tyler where he received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, BBA. After graduating and working in the insurance field with Bankers Life and Casualty, He struck out on his own forming Cargill & Associates. The company was soon incorporated and Lee joined with current Vice Presidents Vincent Brown and Andy Payne and the company is still going strong 20 years later doing business as EastTexasHealthPlans. Lee coached baseball in Hallsville Baseball Association for over 15 years, serving 11 of those on the board as league commissioner of many ages, and as treasurer. As a youth Lee was a member of the Boy Scouts, attaining the rank of Eagle Scout. With deep, lifelong ties to the area you can count on Lee to be there to help both now and for years to come.
