I have a background in business administration, bonded public notary, hold a licensed in Property and Casualty insurance, and I'm fully exercising the Real Estate Business in which I have achieved my GRI designation (Graduated Realtor Institute), Foreclosure and Short Sale specialist and the latest CDPE designation (Certified Distressed Property Expert); which made me more aware of our market and the best way to help out people doing what I love, Real Estate. Also I am active member of NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professional). I enjoy when I have an opportunity to give a Real Estate class in my office sharing what I have learned and explaining the complexity of Real Estate in an easier way.
