Ron has over thirty years of experience in marketing and sales with twenty years of management and executive positions at both startup and public companies. His leadership roles have included CEO, VP of Emerging Market Sales, Sr. VP of Business and Market Development, Director of Corporate Marketing, and Regional Sales Director.
As CEO at venture funded SercoNet, Ron was engaged by investors to turn around the company, resulting in signed development and distribution deals with Motorola, Tyco Electronics, RCA, and D-Link, and positioning the company for sale. At Paradyne Networks he directed the most successful product introduction and segment growth in company history. He has also forged strategic relationships and agreements with many leading U.S. and European companies including FedEx, Sprint, Alacatel Semiconductor, BellSouth, Allied Data, US Robotics, and British Telecom.
Ron now conducts workshops, coaches, and consults with clients on how to achieve their most important mission – selling more of their products and services. He is a mentor at the Tampa Bay Innovation Center, writes a weekly column for Florida Trend Business Magazine, and has been a guest lecturer at the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business Administration. Ron earned his BSEE from the University of Florida.
