RE/MAX Metro and its sales associates (i.e., real estate agents) have provided you with access to the SavvyCard “Find Services” program (the “Program”), which allows you to identify vendors who may be able to provide services related to your Property. Vendors who participate in the Program are listed in the RE/MAX Metro Home Services Directory, a curated directory of home service, professional service, and retail service providers (e.g., vendors) available in your area. Vendors are invited to join the Program and must pass a background check and maintain insurance and applicable licenses. They are expected to maintain the highest performance and professional standards. Only vendors who meet all of these criteria are approved to join the Program. RE/MAX Metro receives advertising and related fees from these vendors for their inclusion in the Program.

The choice of a vendor is yours and yours alone. You are not required to use any vendor listed through the Program. You may choose any vendor you prefer, whether listed through the Program or not. The vendors, products, and/or services listed in the Program may or may not be suitable for you. If you have any doubts, you should contact an independent advisor.

RE/MAX Metro does not hold itself out as providing any legal, financial, personal, or Program vendor advice. The Program does not constitute any such advice, and you should not rely upon any material or information presented through it to make, or refrain from making, any decision or to take, or refrain from taking, any action.

Any reliance you place upon such vendors and/or the products and/or services they may provide is therefore strictly at your own risk. As stated above, these vendors pay RE/MAX Metro advertising and related fees to participate in the Program.

In no event will RE/MAX Metro be liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from the engagement of Program vendors and/or the products and/or services they may provide. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RE/MAX Metro, its representatives and its real estate agents from any and all claims for damages resulting from the engagement of any Program vendors and/or use of the products and/or services they may provide.
